The Minor in Leadership develops students’ ability to work productively with others and to be effective in leadership roles. Open to students across all majors, the program builds core competencies in communication, teamwork and team leadership, interpersonal skills, critical thinking, influence, and negotiation, while fostering collaboration and inclusive leadership.
Through case-based learning, applied projects, and reflective practice, courses in the Leadership Minor strengthen students’ self-concepts and understanding of others. The central focus on self-development and ethical leadership prepares students to work and lead with integrity, accountability, and social awareness in their future roles and career.
