The McCallum Graduate School of Business offers full-time and part-time MBA programs with concentrations in Accounting, Finance, Law and Taxation, Leadership, and Marketing, as well as a STEM MBA program with majors in Accounting Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, and Financial Analytics. Bentley also offers cohort-based MBA programs for business professionals and healthcare professionals.

In addition, Bentley offers Master of Science degrees in Accounting, Business Analytics, Finance (with separate majors in Financial Analytics, Financial Planning & Wealth Management, and Finance & Technology), and Human Factors in Information Design.
